Critical management staff also oversees each step of a transaction - from
initiation through post-completion follow-up. This regional and project-based
oversight guides all transactions and clarifies critical issues such as
currency, culture, politics and common practice in cross-border projects.

A key player in Europe and in the United States for Ernst & Young, where he directed the E&Y planning and marketing group and later co-founded its International Site Selection Consulting Practice, Goldenstein helps organizations align their operational and property strategies worldwide. He also coordinates NAI Global alliances with complementary service providers in target geography, industry and functional areas.

David Perry, Vice President of NAI EMEA, is responsible for implementing NAI's expansion into the key EMEA markets, as well as managing, promoting and coordinating activities for NAI offices located throughout the region.

Steve Atherton
A commercial property services specialist with more than 20 years experience, including 10 years in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Hong Kong, the Asia Pacific regional headquarters for NAI Global, he is responsible for relationship development with local and multinational corporate clients, institutional investors and expansion of the NAI Global offices in the Asia Pacific region. Over the past five years, Atherton has expanded Asia Pacific coverage to 20 major cities with the best independent, entrepreneurial commercial property services companies in each market.

Based in Miami, Florida, Berger is responsible for business development throughout Latin America and the Caribbean region. He also works with corporate space users, investors, developers and financial institutions to access opportunities throughout the region. Berger has over 25 years of experience in Latin America’s commercial real estate markets. Prior to joining NAI, Berger was Vice President of Colliers International’s Latin America division, and served as Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Division in Mexico.

He has high-level skills in corporate strategic planning, site location and corporate real estate analysis and he is the director of TeleCenter Services. He was the founder of the Canadian Chapter for CoreNet Global and co-organized the chapter in Toronto.

Vast retail experience and expertise in the different markets across China. Strong background in the central and local government relationship. His responsibilities include developing relationships with local and multinational corporate clients, and recruiting new NAI Member to ensure full coverage of all the major markets in China.
