Rhyne leads NAI Global's Distressed Asset Services team, providing clients with a single point of access to NAI's comprehensive range of real estate services. Prior to joining NAI in 2000, Mr. Brown was CEO of Lease Audit Analysis Services, Inc. in Washington DC, a specialist in the forensic auditing of commercial real estate operating expenses.

For lease audit consulting, Rhyne’s clients have included IBM, The World Bank, First Union Bank, Bank America, PNC Bank and many others. He has also held the position of principal of Thomas R. Brown & Associates, a land planning and development consulting practice specializing in development feasibility analysis. In his 35 years in the real estate industry, he has worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Montgomery County, MD, Department of Housing and Community Development. Rhyne also has experience as an active investor and principal in various real estate holdings.

Art leads the Western U.S. Region for NAI Global's Special Asset Solutions group. He has over 14 years of hands-on experience in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets, and has facilitated the sale of more than $475 million in commercial real estate, including over $250 million specifically in multifamily transactions.

Before joining NAI Global's Las Vegas office, Art was Regional Vice President of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, were he was responsible for operations in both Las Vegas, NV, and Scottsdale, AZ. Carll previously held a senior management position with Hendricks & Partners, a multifamily investment firm with 27 regional offices. Art took a brief sabbatical from his real estate career and for three years honed his negotiation and communications skills as a staff member of a Division I NCAA college football team.

Patricia D. Faulkner

Patricia leads the Mid-Atlantic region for NAI Global’s Special Asset Solutions group. Patricia is a real estate executive with more than 27 years of experience. Currently, Patricia is the NAI Global Director for the Commercial Property PowerSale™, NAI Global’s auction platform. She works closely with financial institutions, corporate clients, investors and developers to put the people, processes and systems in place to execute their real estate plan.

Prior to joining NAI Global in 1996, Patricia served as the Northeast Auction Sales Coordinator and Asset Marketing Specialist for the Resolution Trust Corporation, Valley Forge, PA. She oversaw the Auction Sales Department responsible for all aspects of media and telemarketing campaigns, sales initiatives, contractor selection and oversight, due diligence analyses, event planning and budgetary controls, public outreach seminars, and sales negotiations and closings. Patricia initiated 25 national marketing programs and recruited, trained and supervised staff and contractors responsible for the sale of more than $2 billion in real estate and non-performing loans. While with the RTC, she received merit awards for contributions to real estate sales in excess of $4 billion and designation to the National Land Sales Task Force, Washington, DC.

Patricia was also associated with Calton, Inc., Freehold, NJ, for two years as Director of Acquisitions, where she led site acquisition efforts and land development in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the national building company. Patricia also served as Director of Real Estate for Levitt Corporation, Freehold, NJ, and was responsible for their re-entry and development efforts during the late 1980s in Long Island, New York and Southern New Jersey.

As Senior Vice President, Special Asset Solutions, Tim is focused on developing new business and overseeing service delivery to lenders and special servicers with distressed assets and REO. NAI Global’s Special Asset Solutions team leverages NAI’s expertise across the full spectrum of commercial real estate services-- asset management, property management, leasing, valuation and disposition--to provide clients with easy access to all of the services an asset is likely to require throughout the ownership cycle.



Jonathan Fischer, MAI

Jonathan Fischer is a Managing Director in NAI Global's New York City office and serves as Regional Director in NAI's Special Asset Solutions group. He is a seasoned real estate professional with an established track record of sales, investment, property management and valuation experience. Fischer began his career as a real estate appraiser in 1985, and was president and founder of Fischer Appraisal Associates, Inc. As a Vice President at Peracon, Inc. he was instrumental in helping to establish the firm as the dominant online institutional sales platform in the United States. Before joining Peracon, Fischer served as Director of Corporate Real Estate for Prudential Financial, and was responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 properties having receipts for lease payments in excess of $240 million. Another career highlight includes serving in the Realty Consulting Group for Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, providing consulting and valuation services to large institutional clients throughout the country. Fischer holds a BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in Finance and Economics. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and served on the Planning Board of the City of Englewood in New Jersey.

John leads the NAI Global Asset Management Services efforts for the U.S and is a regional vice president at NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company. His team provides asset management supervision for major institutional clients specializing in distressed real estate management and dispositions. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate management and investment experience across a wide range of property types, including single story to high rise office buildings, malls & strip centers, industrial projects, multifamily and medical office buildings.

John is frequently called on to consult on business development, receiverships, REO, disaster recovery, management office systems and development. He is experienced in working with diverse ownership groups such as private investors, financial institutions, pension funds, TICs and REITs.
