| Michael joined the company in 1983 and has since brokered transactions valued in excess of $800,000,000 and earned a reputation for hard work, attention to detail, diligence and professionalism. His clients collectively have leased more than 3,000,000 SF during his 25-year career.
In addition to representing tenants, Michael represents owners, developers and investors. For eight years, he managed the NAI Hiffman broker team responsible for O’Hare Lake Office Plaza in Des Plaines. At this property, he negotiated a complex transaction with the General Services Administration for an $80,000,000, 20-year lease for the Federal Aviation Authority. Michael, the recipient of the company’s “Office Broker of the Year” award and consistently one of the NAI Hiffman’s top producers, continues to improve and perfect his brokerage skills though hard work, dedication and attendance at educational, workshop and seminar programs. Michael has achieved both his CCIM and his SIOR designations, ranking him among the top three percent of all brokerage professionals in the United States. |
