| Mr. Zaharia serves as Vice President for the West Los Angeles office of NAI Capital and specializes in the acquisition, disposition and management of multi-family income property throughout Los Angeles County with a specific emphasis on the Hollywood, West Hollywood, Mid-Wilshire, Koreatown, Westlake District and Downtown areas. He also routinely represents buyers in the acquisition of single tenant, triple net and retail properties throughout the country.
With over $100 million in closed transactions over the last three years alone, Mr. Zaharia knows what it takes to get deals done in today’s challenging market. His in-depth understanding of deal underwriting, market knowledge and marketing expertise consistently deliver successful results and afford both sellers and buyers security in knowing that he is in charge of their transaction. While he continually works with some the largest and most experienced portfolio owners in the county, Mr. Zaharia takes pride in working with each client individually in assessing their specific needs and strategically working to accomplish their goals. | Prior to joining NAI, Mr. Zaharia served over 7 years as Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness in West Los Angeles where he was recognized as a platinum achiever. Mr. Zaharia also represented a buyer in what remains as the largest commission ever earned throughout the Sperry Van Ness network.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Mr. Zaharia served as Director of Business Development and Strategic Marketing at the San Francisco office of DDB/Tribal DDB Worldwide where he led the development of interactive marketing and brand strategy for some of the agency’s top clients. He was also an independent marketing consultant in San Francisco where he developed marketing strategies for emerging arts, entertainment and technology clients. |
