| Mr. Burrows is a Senior Vice President of NAI Hiffman with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He focuses on office and industrial sales as well as debt and equity placement.
Working with NAI Hiffman's research staff, he has developed proprietary reports tracking sales, cap rates, vacancy rates, rental rates, construction activity and interets rates. These reports are widely distributed to public, private and institutional investors, lenders and appraisers. With extensive insight into both capital and property markets, Art has been involved in transactions exceeding 5.5 milliion square feet, representing over $1 billion of consideration. |

| Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Mr. Burrows began his real estate career with Barclays American Business Credit in Hartford, Connecticut. Thereafter, he joined Travelers Insurance Company's real estate department, and in 1990 moved to Chicago to lead their Midwest Region's equity disposition effort. He then spent three years with Draper and Kramer and five years with Trammell Crow Company, all in investmnet sales. | ||
