| Patrick Ortiz, Vice President of NAI Capital, specializes exclusively in the leasing and sale of retail and commercial properties throughout Southern California. Over the past year, Mr. Ortiz has been a top-producing broker with NAI Capital in the Los Angeles area, working with national credit tenants such as Advance America, Circle K, Fantastic Sam’s and Popeye’s.
Patrick is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is active within several real estate trade organizations throughout the city. He is an active member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and is working on becoming a member of the Los Angeles Venture Association. He currently represents various clients including major credit tenants, financial institutions, portfolio owners and individual investors. Patrick is also on the Board of Trustees for Future Leaders of America, a non profit organization dedicated to furthering Latino youth. Patrick lives in West Los Angeles and is proud to be a member of a quickly growing retail team for NAI Capital. |
