In this time, he has assisted or represented clients in the leasing of over 1.9M square feet of office space. From these experiences, he has learned to structure transactions which meet various tenant and landlord needs.
Brian currently works on behalf of multiple private and institutional property owners and also has provided Tenant Advisory Services for companies that include: . Midas . UBS Realty Investors .
